How the Sumba Homes score works
Every listing gets a score from 0 to 100 with the same rules. It measures how complete and how good value a listing looks from its public data, not the quality of the building. Always visit and check the title before you pay.

The ranking orders listings by score. Eco Beach City is our own project and is shown first; its score uses the same rules.
